  • Shipping costs

    The shipping costs are as follows:
    Mainland Portugal and Spain (except islands): Free Shipping
    EU countries: 6,90€
    Europe countries: 9,90€

  • Shipping information

    Meesonline uses a carrier, FEMA, as a shipping service provider. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a code to track your order.

  • Terms of delivery

    We ship to several different countries within Europe so delivery times may vary, usually taking five to fourteen business days.

Conditions of return and exchange:
  • You're not happy with an item? No problem. As soon as you have received your delivery, you have one week to return it to us. Just make sure that items are in their original condition, including the tag.
  • 1. Return of defective products

    The customer is entitled to a return if it is found that the products supplied have defects or other nonconformities with respect to the ordered items. The return may be made within 14 days after notification of the defect and the product must keep its box and its identification tag. The seller will analyze the returned product and inform the user of the right to the refund (if applicable). As a rule, the seller will refund within 15 working days from the date of confirmation via e-mail of the right to reimbursement. If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as a justification for the return, the entire amount paid will be refunded. The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same form of payment used in the purchase.

  • 2. Right of Withdrawal

    The customer may, if he is not satisfied with the products supplied, return it within 14 calendar days after receipt. However, the right to return only occurs provided that the products:

    – Have not been used.
    – Keep the original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (carefully opened containers will not be considered damaged).
    – Be complete (eg both items in a pair have to be returned).
    – Have not been tampered with and keep the identification tag.

    To exchange one article for another or to resize an article, please follow the steps below.
