1. Which countries can I order to?

We’re currently shipping to all countries in Europe.

2. How do I place an order?

At Meesonline, you’re able to place an order as a guest user, a registered or a new customer. Ordering is easiest and quickest when you sign up for a Meesonline account. Once you have decided on colour and size, you can place your items in the shopping basket, where you’ll find an overview of all the items you have selected. You’ll also find the total sum of your order here. Your order is not legally binding until you have gone through the payment process and selected your shipping address.

3. Can I order via phone or e-mail?

Sorry, we don’t offer an ordering service via phone or e-mail. You can easily order through our online shop – whether you’re a guest, you have ordered from us before or are a new customer.

4. Is there a minimum spend?

Feel free to order whatever you want – we don’t have a minimum spend.

1. Do I have to register to place an order?

You don’t need a Meesonline account to be able to place an order. This can be done as a guest

2. What are the benefits of creating a Meesonline account?

At Meesonline, you’re able to place an order as a guest user, a registered or a new customer. The quickest and easiest way to order is through signing up for a Meesonline account. You’ll be able to view all relevant data such as order history, tracking codes and item prices within your account. You are also able to change all your settings here.

3. What happens if I forget my password?

You’ve forgotten your password? No problem. Click on ‘Login’ in the Meesonline navigation, where you can select ‘Forgotten your password?’ and enter your e-mail address. You will then receive an e-mail where you can reset your password. If you don’t receive an e-mail from us, please check your SPAM folder.

4. What is my account?

My Account’ is your personal user account for the Meesonline online shop. Alternatively, you can place an order as a guest user. Ordering becomes quicker and easier when you use a Meesonline account. You can view your order history, track orders on their way to you and edit your personal data.

5. How to create an account?

Want to order in the quickest and easiest way possible? Click on the ‘Login’ button at the right-hand side of the Meesonline online shop menu and then select ‘Register’ where you can enter your details.

6. Can I order without having a Meesonline account?

Of course, you can place an order without signing up for a Meesonline account. During the ordering process you have the opportunity to proceed as a guest user. Select ‘You’re a guest’ and continue with the ordering process.

7. Can I delete my account?

We’re sad to see you go! Of course, you can delete your account at any time. Please contact our customer service via phone or e-mail.

1. Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay using credit card, PayPal, ATM(only in Portugal) or MBWay(only in Portugal). Meesonline reserves the right to withhold certain payment methods at any time.

2. Are my Meesonline purchases risk-free?

Your safety is extremely important to us. Your data is kept private and any refunds on items you’re not happy with will be made quickly and securely. If you have any specific questions or queries, please feel free to contact our customer service.

3. How do I pay using a credit card?

Paying using your VISA or MasterCard is secure and easy at Meesonline. During the payment process, you will automatically be redirected to the payment service provider. Once you have completed this step, you will be sent back to the online shop and can complete your order

4. How do I pay using PayPal?

PayPal is an online payment service provider, that makes online payments quick and secure. Your bank and credit card details are only stored at PayPal. If you choose PayPal as a payment method, you will be redirected to their site where you can login using your PayPal data and proceed with your payment.

5. How do I pay using ATM - Multibanco (Only in Portugal)?

To make a payment by MULTIBANCO Reference, simply go to a device and select “Payments and Other Services” > “Payment for Services” and then enter the Entity, Reference and Amount. We advise you to keep the receipt as it serves as proof of your payment.

6. How do I pay using MB Way (Only in Portugal)?

Easy and simple payment using “MB WAY” on your mobile phone. (Only available for customers of Portuguese banks with MB WAY app installed – Payment service provided by IfthenPay). At checkout you just have to select the MB Way payment method, then enter your phone number and finally confirm the notifications in the app.

1. Which delivery service will I receive my order from?

Meesonline uses a carrier, FEMA, as a shipping service provider.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a code to track your order.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Mainland Portugal and Spain (except islands): Free Shipping
For deliveries to European Union, shipping costs 6,90 €.
For shippings to Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Andorra, Belarus, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Norway, Russia, San Marino, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom  and the Vatican shipping costs 9,90€.

3. How long does the shipping take?

We ship to many different countries, so delivery times may vary. Deliveries to European Union countries normally take 2 days after payment and up to a maximum period of 15 days from the date of payment validation.

4. Does Meesonline offer express delivery?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer express delivery.

5. Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to all European Union countries and countries belonging to Europe: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Andorra, Belarus, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Norway, Russia, San Marino, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom and Vatican.

6. What do I do if my order is damaged in transport?

In case your order was damaged during transport, you can return it to us for free by explaining the damage on your returns form on the page “Deliveries and Returns Shipments“. Then send the items along with a copy of the invoice to the following address:

7. What happens if receive the wrong item?

If you haven’t received the items you ordered, please get in touch with our customer service , [email protected]. So that we can sort this out for you as quickly as possible make sure that you have your order number, as well as the item number or item name ready to go. You can also consult the Deliveries and Returns Shipments page on how to return your item.

1. How do I return an item?

For return/exchange you need to fill in the form on the page “Delivery and Returns  Shipments“, if possible, print a copy of the invoice and attach it to the order. That said, you will have to send the order to the following address:

If the exchange is due to a defect in the product, the costs will be borne by Meesonline. Otherwise, they are at the customer’s expense.

2. How and when will I receive a refund?

We’ll try to be quick – promise! As soon as we have processed your returns, we will get in the touch with the payment service provider. Up to 5 business days, the money will be back in your account. Refunds are always made to the payment method that was used to pay.

3. How long can I return my item?

You’re not happy with an item? No problem. As soon as you have received your delivery, you have fourteen days to return it to us.

4. How do I complain an item?

Should an article which you have purchased in the Mees Online Store have defects, you can of course complain to us within the statutory warranty periods. First, fill in the return form on page “Deliveries and Returns Shipments“, explaining the defect. Then send the items along with a copy of the invoice to the following address:

1. How do I sign up for the Meesonline Newsletter?

If you want to be the first to find out about Meesonline trends and offers, you can sign up to our newsletter. If you scroll down to the bottom of our website, you can enter your e-mail address. After registering you will receive an e-mail in which you need to confirm your subscription. Please also check your SPAM folder, in case you can’t find the e-mail in your inbox. Of course, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any point.

2. How do I apply a voucher code to my order?

You can apply your voucher code to your shopping basket. Just enter the code into the relevant field and confirm. If the code was correct, the offer will be applied to your total sum or to an item in your shopping basket. If you want to delete an already applied voucher code, click the ‘X’ next to it.

3. Can I apply a voucher code after placing my order?

Unfortunately we can’t apply a voucher code to an order that’s already been placed. Why don’t you use it on your next order?

4. What else do I need to know about using voucher codes?

You can only use your voucher code once and can only use one voucher code at a time.

5. Why is my voucher code not working?

Please note that your voucher code may not work alongside other offers, freebies or sale items. Have you tried entering your voucher code manually? To avoid typos, try copying and pasting the code.
